Ok, so I've been in a lot of situations where I find a value that only gets displayed. My health for example. So I've found my health. But it doesn't really change my health if I change the value. It just shows it on the game. So if I lose HP, even though i froze it, it would still kill me after I lose all my HP. Is there a way to find the address of my actual health? I already know how to set pointers, so I will do that when I get the address. When I change my health in the Debugger it says "mov [ebx+ecx],eax" I don't know how to really do anything pass that. I've tried changing ebx and ecx to decimal, adding them, then changing back to hex. That didn't really work. I got 1 Result for the Hex scan but it was not my health, it didn't change or show anything in the debugger when I hurt myself. I also tried seaching for eax, didn't help. 0000005 got 25000+ Values. Sorry for my stupidity I just started using cheat engine yesterday night. Sad

tried changed/unchanged value scans?
Or try float extreme scans (e.g dungeon siege iii where it rounds up)

using the debugger on display only variables won't get you much

First find a health address and change it, then get hurt in the game and see if the health address is still as it was, minus the small healthloss
If not, find another address and repeat

also, health might be stored as total damage taken

It didn't work, I have to access to code directly I think, anyone know a way how?

Only way changed/unchanged can not find it is if it's an online game.

That also means that there is no way to change the value unless you attach ce to the host process (on another computer)
