Is City XL 2011 an online game? Is that why nothing I do works when changing values. It never said I was connecting to a server. I am using the HP version with Wild Tangent. Thanks.

Nope, City XL 2011 isn't an online game. The files should be saving onto your computer.

As for changing the values, someone else will have to answer that. I don't have a lot of experience with CE.

The money is stored as Double type value. A bit unusual but it happens sometimes, just like in this game. Switch to Double type and search for it. You will find it easily.
