So I started doing push ups today.
3 sets, 20 reps,15 reps,10 reps, hand more than shoulder width apart.
30 second rest between reps, and I did the push ups almost as fast as I could.
Was hard.
I'm not a weak guy, been going to the gym for 2 years now.
After the work out I flexed my pecs and my left one felt soft when flexing, right one didn't feel so soft.
Now for the question, were my pecs supposed to feel soft(well the left one at least), and should I have started this hard for 1st session?
I will be doing push ups every other day now.

Make an account, or possibly use the of the 4 you already have, unless your country uses a proxy.
