I found exact memory address and clicked 'find out what writes to this

address' and got error message stated 'Error 5' and couldn't continue on.

What does error 5 mean and what should i do to procced?

5 means access denied.
What game was it? If it was a online game it may be protected against that, so don't bother.
Otherwhise, try enabling the kernelmode debugger and try again. (keep in mind, not to attach the debugger to the process, but just opening it)

or try hardware breakpoints, in case you've set it to exceptions

I'm 45% sure it was some safdisc stuff and he tried to debug...
