open CE, set "Value Type"=text
Type Villager name with Caps lock activated
you will get "usually 3 value. double click the green one.

2 value above the name is age (4 byte) 20 value=1 year old
note: For young child age at "1 byte" age 1-144 don't change the value, or he/she will die soon. wait till their age 145 or above. if their age > 144, change type to "4 byte" and set their age.
