Just found this out today, it's the same exact thing. no, seriously, it is Rpg maker 1 from the ps1 exactly. It even has the Anime maker.
Best thing is, you don't need to put the massive 1.5 gb ISo on your memory stick, only 14 MB. It also has no need for an emu.

place the scu____ in your psp/game folder.
you will need custom firmware to use it, unless you're using Chickhen.

I'm running it on a CFW 5.50 GEN-D3.
