When I do my scans, some addresses appear in green. What does that mean?

That means they are static (don't change) and won't change when the game restarts, changes level, or your comp reboots.

(that is if you use the notation ce uses when you double click that address, the modulename+offset method. Just using that address in hexadecimal notation may not work if it's a dll)
