i dl'd it, made my char, it works perfectly with no lag, but when i start, i cannot leave the taxi or move at all for that matter.
I know it's not frozen, because i see some baby flipping around in front of some guys car in a driveway.
Music isn't lagging, screen moves nice and smooth.

Anyone have a solution?
every time i try walking, he says he can't walk anywhere...

I'm not sure what section this goes in, so if you have to, go ahead and move it...

I'll leave it here since the sims section is pretty dead. You said you downloaded it.. bad version? Perhaps you should get it legitly.

Which rls did you dl? Maybe u have a nuked one. You also forgot to mention the version of your Sims3 (1.2.7, 1.3.24, 1.4, 1.4.6).

I've never heard of this problem before. The files may have been packed incorrectly.

er if i remember correctly after when you sit in taxi and if you zoomed in, the cam will be focused on that taxi, you only need to zoom out with mouse wheel
