Do i need the PSN that i bought the stuffs with in order to use them?

Heres the thing. I bought like stuff worth 300usd from the market. And im gonna sell my PS3. So in order for the new user to use the stuff i bought & downloaded do he need to use my PSN? Or can he just download em to the HDD and remove my account and make a new one?

He can't remove the account, but he can use another one.

So basically, He can just keep the account(mine) unsigned and make a new PSN to use the stuff that i bought from my account?

Alright, Is it the same with addons? I have 160 downloaded guitar hero songs. And like 8 games.

For other users(PSN accounts) to use as long as they are using the HDD with all the stuffs downloaded on. Right?
