W/e size you would think is good for a banner.
A runescape theme (It's a PS called F3arScape)
So really w/e you think would be good, maybe get some pics from RuneScape.com

pretty nice pic could i have a sugestion and say that you could animate the letters with a light function if you know how to use flash with art

Yes, I know how to do that in Flash. Though whenever I save a .gif it has low quality. How do I avoid this? I'm using Flash CS4.

Is best to do it in PS because even when you get the right settings for GIFs you can't change the frame rate.

you have to change the file into a high rate gif image. If you have options on your program to change do so and its high quality
