Final result:

Programs needed:
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Image Ready (or photoshop CS3/4)
Cinema 4D

If you don't have image ready, open it in photoshop cs3/4, file>save for web & devices> and use these settings.

Shout out to Gogodr, helped a lot with the C4D aspect of this tutorial.

If you have CS4 then you don't have to worry. It's implemented since CS2/3.

The functions of ImageReady is implemented in Photoshop. You are probably already using it without you even knowing.

I have the original Creative Suite, and I've used CS3 and CS4. I know the differences.

CS1 has it too. And as I said before, its functions were implemented in Photoshop in CS3 and later.

Any 3d program has a pen tool, draw a logo then extract it then rotate it.
