When you are asking for help on a forum such as this, it's usually a good idea to be as specific as possible, so that the people you are asking actually understand what you are having trouble with. Otherwise you get responses such as the above, mocking you for your lacking ability to convey your problem. This is especially important when making the title, since it needs to attract people that can actually help you. Also, explicitly stating that you aren't a noob tends to suggest the opposite.
Depending on what you need help with, both the fact that you are using REALBasic, and are developing for Linux can be completely irrelevant, so why don't you start with the actual thing you're having trouble with? Do you have problems creating a storyline? Are you unsure how to start coding a game? Do you need sprites but don't know where to get them? etc. _________________
