For Example, when i use IDM it downloads on my MAX net speed, sending 8 requests, but with IE8 regular download, it's so slow...

isn't there a registry tweak or something to make it send more requests to make it faster ?

I have a question about that, why do you use IE if it is so slow? For me, IE downloads EVERYTHING slow, pages, actual downloads, images, but Firefox, Safari (I hate Safari because you can't use a scroll wheel) and Opera download things very fast for me.

Because you're using IE8.
Simple as that.

Upgrade to a real browser, then if you still get slow speeds upgrade your internet plan, if all else fails smash your computer and do a barrel roll.

It might just be the server. But it probably isn't because IE sucks.
