How do I cheat?

i tried to use an old version of CE (4.4) to see if was any different form the debugger problems with (5.1.1) i was having when trying to start CE4.4 i get a message

DBK32.DLL error :the kernel mode driver couldnt be loaded!

CE4.4 still works but with the same debugger problem could this DBK32.DLL have anything to do with my problem?

disable all options in settings->extra

and reboot before installing CE
