It's not that his internet is too ridiculously fast to max out single connections to most servers (indicating need for use of IDM or equivalent), but rather that he was experiencing instability between servers with his internet speed.
Therefore, no.
EDIT:
xVi, don't bother. 
Also, I'd like to mention that the Speakeasy link is only a speed test, not an optimization or TCP/IP tweak or anything.
