DOES NOT WORK ON VISTA.
1. Google and download resource hacker
2. Open Task manager and go to processes.
3.On resource hacker,go to file and open,then go to the directory called WINDOWS.
4.Find explorer.exe
5.Open it.
6.Go to string table,then 37,then the thing inside it.
7.You should see the word start.
8.Change it to what you want. (Cannot be too long)
9.Go to task manager and terminate the process explorer.exe
10.Go to resource hacker and hit Compile scripts.
11.Go to File then save.
12.Save it to explorer.exe and when it asks you to replace,click yes.
13.ALT+TAB to get to Task manager and go to run.
14.Type in explorer.exe
15.Wait a few seconds and if the message is not too long,you should see your new start button!

ALSO:If you look around in string table,you can find other text you can change.

TO CHANGE IT BACK.
Do it again,but change it to start or whatever you want it to be.
