I'm assuming you've gotten the alpha downloaded and installed (if not, you gotta do that before you can play with this sandbox).
Once the alpha is installed, run it once BEFORE sticking the release.rar stuff into the folder, get and install the new WoW patch.
Download the AddOns folder from the link on page 6. Stick those into your WOTLK interface folder.
Run the sandbox program, then run WoW.exe, choose any name and use the password 'nopass'. Enjoy!
