Yes, it's pretty nice. It can probably play all of your games on the highest settings with a 19" monitor (1280x1024 or 1440x900). Except for Crysis. How much does it cost in total?

Yes, that's a fairly good computer. CPU is a bit outdated, but that shouldn't matter much.

You could probably build it from about $1250-$1500 USD. But US prices are lower, so that's a pretty reasonable price.

If your have good RAM, then that setup looks like it'll do pretty good in overclocking, with or without a third party fan.

The graphics card is a slight bottleneck (1-5% slower than the optimal configuration), but you won't really notice it if you overclock.

Choose faster RAM. (RAM is cheap)

There's really not much more you can do.
(of course there are 9800GTX and so on, but the costs would go way up)

Faster RAM won't necessarily increase speed. RAM that is faster than the CPU's clock frequency won't see benefits in most applications (except for synthetic benchmarks, they measure the RAM bandwidth).

A graphics card upgrade would be good, but it would be very cost-inefficient, unless you sell your 8800GT for a considerable amount ($50-$100) of money. If you can install a graphics card and RAM, then you can just try building your own computer.
