I use MSVC++ 2008.
I like it because you can easily code any kind of project.
But i hate the settings and the configuration. It confuses the shit outta me...

Dev-C++ rofl
Dev-C++ == Dev-C++ and that's why I like it. Anything written on it will compile just fine anywhere else. Where, in my experience, anything written in one version of VC or VS won't compile on another without modification.
I like my C++ to be C++ no matter what compiler I'm using.

I use MSVC++ Express. It sucks at making resource files. I don't even think you can.

I use the Code::Blocks IDE with a VC 08 backend. I do my resources if I need them in ResEdit.

VS2008 with custom edited colors thanks to: (http://www.jheidt.com)

If I'm not using VS2008 as the IDE, it's usually Notepad++ then.
