If i remember correctly, CE is made in Delphi. What version of delphi is CE main in?

Right now i'm using delphi 7.
I find it pretty good. I myself hate user interface design, but delphi makes that very easy. For the rest it supports most of the stuff other languages support.

Yeah I know some C++, but to make GUI's in it is next to impossible.
