Most people while searching this forum don't know everything! So they skim the topics to see if there is anything they know...
"Halp!" is a horrible topic title. While "Sound Card is Broken" is a more meaningful topic title. Now someone who knows about Sound Cards can come in and help you, while the Linux Expert moves onto a topic where his expertise can be better used.

I think there should be a new rule:

Topics must have meaningful topics or else they will be deleted/locked...

Something like that....
