Uh, no it's definitely a .lnk file. Which is a 'link-file' to another. (Like a shortcut.)

File name: "phisher.lnk"

lol you can even right click the program on windows and then under the "Shortcut" tab and then you see the "Target" box and inside the box it says

lulz when some1 send u a .lnk file its so obvious that its the shutdown thing.

also this is just stupid, because it actually do nothing to ur computer, and if there were some tasks running windows will not shut down before asking you if u want to close them.

And in that case, quickly open cmd and type in:

shutdown -a
