I don't believe you can do so with CE's gui, you can however use a lua script to create a more generic hotkey that runs lua code, which can then read and write arbitrary memory in a few different ways. eg.
Code:
local al = AddressList or getAddressList()
-- simple way
local mr1 = al.getMemoryRecordByDescription("MemRec to Read From")
local mr2 = al.getMemoryRecordByDescription("MemRec to Write To")
if not mr1 or not mr2 then error("Memrecs do not exist!!!") end
hk = createHotkey(function(hotkey)
mr2.Value = mr1.Value
end, VK_F2) -- https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/desktop/dd375731%28v=vs.85%29.aspx?f=255&MSPPError=-2147217396
