I'm trying to defeat DMA with CE4.4 debugger but there is know menu or command to NOP or change the bytes in it just the assemble string.
Another problem say i found a static adress wich is in text as Hello:just an example: and when that adress is debugged the adress ends up as 00408921 an example and the value is changed and in hex its all messed up?
How would you change the value of the debugged adress?

in the disassembler just rightclick a instruction and choose" replace with code that does nothing"
in the code finder (when using the find out what writes to this address) just select the instruction and click replace.
I don't understand what you mean with the 2nd part. _________________

Well, i have managed to find the movement adress with the value type of text Value: Move when i debug the adress in CE i get the right code and debugged adress but how would i change move to stop with the debugged adress?
Example: static move adress was this
Adress: 0332564 Value: Move
Debug that adress and youll get this for example
Adress: 0532245 Value: ╝#$#@%%^ or messed up
How would i get 0532245 to use the value stop without having to change the static adress 0332564's value.
The games addresses change after every reboot and i'm going o make a trainer sooner or later and cant do it with DMA addresses.
