the problem is that i can't use them at the same time.. CE wants me to close the mem view first before i can identify what writes... is there any way to use both of them at the same time? what im planing to do is that: to break on "push edx" and identify whats writing on 0012XXXX at that exact moment.. any way to do this?

Don't bother on that address. It's the stack
In this case just click view->stacktrace (enabled while debugging)
and it will show you the function that called the routine you are in. (this instruction takes the 3th parameter of the function call)

i did what Dark Byte said.. where do you guys think 021E591E comes from(at what address)? at 0064D8C7?
