"Core.dll"+7BF47 means to take the base address of Core.dll and a dd 7BF47 to it. It's just an offset, not a function address specifically. _________________

Yes, right before I read this post I finally understood what it meant.
Last question: it there a way (in c++) to monitor what memory addresses an opcode changes? Because I wrote a function to get the base of the DLL in the game, and all I need to do it monitor those opcodes.

You need to debug the process similar to what CE is doing to do those kinds of things. CE is open source so you can reference its code for how to do things like that if you are unsure how to.
