I'm using Cheat Engine to search for pointers between multiple memory dumps for a PS Vita. The Vita memory starts at 0x81000000, so when opening the memory dumps, how do I specify that the start of the memory dump is offset by 0x81000000 so that the pointer search can properly work?
I've looked through the UI and search a bit but use of Cheat Engine with memory dumps seems to be hard to find.
Interesting, but ultimately not much help. It looks like the feature of setting an offset for a memory dump's start point is simply not present in Cheat Engine. I'm going to need to pad the file with zeros it looks like, which is a bummer because that will inflate it from 83MB to 2.5GB. I hope to see this feature added eventually. I believe it would increase its usefulness for console hacking. Most rudimentary pointer searches have this ability but only scan 1 or 2 level deep for pointers. Cheat Engine is the only one I know that searches for more.
