I downloaded CE and I am on Windows 10. When I open the CE from the start menu I see CE, CE (32bit) and CE (64 bit). Which one should I use?

64-bit, unless it tells you it's incompatible with your system

the "CE" / "Cheat Engine" one should open the appropriate one for the system you're on, meaning 64 bit if you're on a 64 bit OS or 32 bit if you're on a 32 bit OS. As far as I know that's literally all it does which is why it's so small compared to the other two executable files if you check the size.
