i am trying to find the date value in the game but i had no success.
in game the date is shown like this: 1 january 1830

i started searching for the day first in all values but no luck, no value, after few searches no value is left in the searched box

then i tried for all values , starting with unknown initial value and going with increased/unchanged . after many searches i get 2 values but those doesn't change or stop the time.
i also tried with unknown initial and then decreased/unchanged value. no luck

i want to play the game longer. if i do all mission then the game ends. if i don't complete the mission in few year the game ends.

i want to stop the time or set it back every year or so , leave one mission incomplete so i can play it longer

Chances are it's just a single number that starts increasing once you start a game.
For instance, simply the total number of seconds you've been playing.

The game converts that however it wants (1 real-life second == 1 in-game hour)
and then adds it to a starting date (1 January 1800?).

Value could be a float, 4-byte, or 8-byte. But it's likely just constantly counting up.
