Need help with very basic hacking [begginer]

You can try a speedhack like 0.01 by typing into the box and pressing apply.

Otherwise, there are many ways that games work out time like this. It can be that a timer on-screen has little to do with the outcome time due to that being calculated when necessary (end time - start time). Could be counting up in seconds, down in seconds, up in frames... you get the picture. This is where 'unknown initial value' and All type scans are useful.

In a different approach, you could attempt to fool the server by telling it different results to the real ones.

It's a javascript game so there's not much point in using Cheat Engine. You're just making your life harder. Things I found in javascript:

addLife (used for decreasing life when you hit an obstacle)
checkCollisionWithObstacles
sendFinalData (not sure... may be responsible for reporting final scores)

In IE, you can insert either breakpoints or 'tracepoints', and you can execute code in tracepoints. Including code that changes variables. So it's a bit like auto-assemble in CE.
