look at the intstruction code and see if you can find out how EAX get's the value it has (e.g there may be an add eax,xxx earlier)

I think I found it that you were talking about, but what should I do with it?

no, that's a read instruction on the address eax points to.
you need to look for the code using the memoryview disassembler window
Also, my initial guess is that the pointervalue is actually 27c48f00 with an offset of BC
(And you can always try code injection at that spot)

yes, but a bit more upwards.
probably something like lea eax,[xxxx] or mov eax, xxxx or add eax, xxxx
but also try what I mentioned earlier, assume that the offset is BC (so search for the address-BC)

Should I try instead what accesses this address?
I tried searching for that you told me, it showed me some values that were constantly changing.
I found some potential addresses, but they gave me nothing.

it can be ebp is writing, just ensure that ebp isn't accessing multiple addresses.
also keep in mind this is add operation, so it gonna be one of these two:
- eax holds the previous amount of whatever its, and ebp will add the new gained amount. (this might be correct)
- eax is '0' and ebp is writing the new value after total calculation. (in most cases this might not be the right one) (I rarely see such thing but it do exist, so you have to double check this too by a breakpoint or an easier way is to break and trace it)

Thank you all for your support, I will try another game and come back to this game when I think I have a better understanding of CE.
