shit nowadays?
coz I've bought 27 inch one because it was cheap and curved.
I don't really know if I would notice the difference since I have astigmatism.
This is the screen http://www.samsung.com/uk/monitors/curved-cf591/

1080p screens are still good. i have a small 4K screen, but because it's small i run my desktoo at 1080p, but that causes the screen to blur a bit (zooming)
so your 1080 screen has a better picture than my screen at the moment
(and changing dpi doesn't work on all applications i use, like lazarus, so not an option)

Because processing power is still too slow to render 4k video at efficient speed, almost all online video is still at 1920x1080 or lower. that being said, 1080p will be on it's way out as the standard soon. this year the xbox one s was announced to support up-scaling to 4k, and most new PC games support 4k. youtube allows for users to upload in 4k.
TN panels are pretty much shit these days. People used to use TN panels for higher refresh rates and response times, but in recent years IPS has closed the gap to the point where TN doesn't offer anything other than a lower price. IPS panels produce much better color and image quality, as well as significantly better viewing angles.

4k 27 inch monitors?
I really cant find any distributer with 4k display with normal price. Also I want it to have extra thin bezels so that I can have multi monitor setup.
Okay I've found 500$ 4k 27 inch display, but it has thick bezels. Do you get used to bezzels in the center of your field of view? I believe I could ignore bezels in the previous monitor that I've posted. Does anyone have experience?

it depends what youre doing multi monitor for. for productive things the bezel is pretty un important. i have my two monitors a few inches apart. for gaming, you dont need to multi monitor if youre using a 4k display.
also the bezel shouldnt be in the center of your fov anyways, it would be to left or right, with your 4k monitor in the middle
