meaning you could add a function like this to the Table->Show Cheat Table Lua Script (and execute it)
Code:
function mrAddr(desc)
return getAddressList().getMemoryRecordByDescription(desc).CurrentAddress
-- note, only CurrentAddress worked when I tested this... Address gave an incorrect address
end
And then for the address of "Wander Gravity: Z" you could use mrAddr('Wander Pos: Y')-C0 (note that using double quotes mrAddr("...") did not seem to work).
Keep in mind

[it] won't be updated realtime unless you manually call reinterpret
so if Pos: Y was based on a pointer and the address for it changed, then Gravity: Z would not change unless you right clicked used "Force recheck symbols" or wrote a lua timer to occasionally call reinterpret on the Gravity Z memory record.
If it was a child like "Agro Pos: X" and "Agro Coordinates" had an address then the address of the x pos could just be -C0 and it'd be interpreted as "Agro Coordinates" address - C0.
