Hello,
basically I am playing a game called lords of everquest, pretty old from 2003 and the thing is it allows to build maximum 50 units.
I would like to bypass this and make it at least 100 or more.
I did try cheat engine and watched a lot of tutorials and what not, but I can modify anything but this.
I must be retarded but oh well, if anyone could help
In older games memory was allocated "statically" and that is the reason, it couldn't be changed.
In Civilization 1 each player could only have 128 units. In Warlords 3 there can be only 1000 units on a map. Reason is that units in these games are not really objects that are created dynamically, but parts of a map/world object.
To change this limit one would need to make changes in too many places in the executable, or to have access to the source code .
