How do I cheat?

Hello, I've made some basic table for Torchlight II to learn something new,
I made all the basics which you can get from memory easily like points, money, level, mana, hp and I wanted to try to change mana potion to health potion nor edit the item completely, but I have no idea how to figure out the structure of items saved in memory.
In this game, weapons don't stack so I can't find it by value, only by searching manually in memory, how do you guys find item addresses in such scenario?
