How do I cheat?

Soooo I basically had Cheatengine installed on my (current) computer since a few days before christmas 2016 and today (01/April/2017) I got a message upon opening CE that said I had to buy it for absurd prices.

Now I had CE installed on my other computer since about one or two years and never got this message.

Furthermore I found this in the FAQ:

What is up with the 200€ per month BS?

Or did I miss something?
