In the memory view window File -> Save Memory Region.

Use a hex editor to compare the two dumps afterward.

Hopefully, this is not so that you can steal someone else's work.

But there are programs/patchers that can identify bytes changed between two files automatically.

My personal favorite is 010 Editor. There is also Nero, WinHex, hiew to name some others.
