Sorry I can't find my other post that I made so If someone could merge it or something to the other one, but I wanted to ask again.
I'm getting this:
RAM: 2x 8GB DDR4 2133MHZ
SSD: ADATA SSD 256GB SU800
Where exactly do I install games+Cheat Engine?
Does it matter if I install Games on the SSD Itself also the Cheat Engine?

Just install cheat engine normally. And you should install your games on different hard drive other then your main ssd. Regardless of what some idiots think running off an ssd is not faster in any higgly noticeable way.

on ssd's games will load faster and map/level transitions will be faster as well
but cheat engine is too small to benefit from that noticeable. (but memory scanning will benefit ftom the temp files on the ssd)

I can say some games will load faster. But any game with compression
Is limited by the cpu for loading times.

Nah I don't worry about games loading really that bad, mots of the games I play loads pretty fast anyways, I'm more interested with Cheat Engine Scanning.
For right now It's slow af for me, I'm not using any SSD, just 8gb RAM DD3.
So that Upgrade should boost it I would assume, boost it a lot, It's also making my PC Slow because of it.

If your CPU is crap, ssd isn't gonna make that much of a difference. Also depends on the game size and your scan type.

i7 7700 this is also the one I'm getting.
I'm talking about 64 bit games 2016-2017 modern games, planning to go on Mass Effect, and other games.
Maybe PAMELA, this game is a killer I couldn't even pass the half way from float unknown value after 15 minutes.

Yes, as already stated, your performance may be limited by your weakest link.
Personally, I find my SSD to perform a LOT faster than my disk drive. But, I did not get an SSD for CE, I got it for my work. I do not recall ever having issues with CE, even before getting an SSD. The speed variances were minimal and unnoticeable, for the most part. But...I also do not keep my temp folder on my SSD.

Well I assume that you had no issues before having an SSD is because you had other parts which were important for CE.
For example my whole PC is old.
Mobo, RAM, CPU, Stuff that I think are important for CE itself.

If your computer is old, then a new computer can most certainly help with performance. So can reformatting your drive and removing all of the clutter -- especially 3rd-party, real-time protection scanners. Even deframenting can help.
