Hello everyone,
I've started to learn C# and downloaded the visual studio 2017 and i don't know what to choose.
my main goal right now is learning C# for (desktop/packets sniffing) programming, but later it will be for asp.net core. so anything related to web development i don't need it.

Your first screenshot is plenty for what you aim to do from the start. With your idea to move into ASP.NET and such later on, you can always revisit the installer and add things you need later on. That is one of the big benefits to VS2017's new installer.
