In C / C ++ I can do this, but on moon I can not.
I've tried in many ways but always mistake.

FILE = io.open("%USERPROFILE%/Desktop/my_file.txt", "w")

FILE = io.open("%USERPROFILE%\\Desktop\\my_file.txt", "w")

Code:
FILE = io.open("%%USERPROFILE%%/Desktop/my_file.txt", "w")

FILE = io.open("%%USERPROFILE%%\\Desktop\\my_file.txt", "w")
