Sun and Methos,
finding the area where the check is being done is very easy indeed.
But the devs took the time to let the entire check ran through the Denuvo VM.
So unless you break into the VM...

The solution is actually already posted on the forums:
QueryFullProcessImageNameW -> posted by scribly.
Hooking this function easily fixes the problem.

Don't run the trainer in unsigner lmao, run CE!! which you have installed.


I put RE7 in sandboxie to develop my trainer short term. Now I'm trying to port it over to a regular trainer executable file, except it doesn't work.

Slip up on my part. I wasn't UnSigning the correct files in the Cheat Engine directory. I have finished and released the trainer here:
