How do I cheat?

| Would changing the title of every executable in CE be enough to bypass it for a game? If not, why and what else would you have to do?

It really depends on what the game protection is detecting.
Changing the executable name and window name usually defies the simplest anticheats, but for stuff like VAC, you would have to change the entire memory signature of CE to make it undetected.
Another common detection is the one for Cheat Engine drivers and injected DLLs (VEH and Speedhack).

A memory signature is a portion of bytes used to identify the code of a process, if any process has a specific memory signature, you know it may behave like the original program you took the signature from.
Cheat Engine has some features like the Kernel Debugger that requires a driver to be loaded, which you can think of as a process with very high permissions over your computer.
This can be detected, but it's quite rare.

The types of things you are asking are going to require you to recompile Cheat Engine from its source. You can find the source code here:

CE is coded in Delphi and some C (ie the driver).

Given that you have said 'i don't know much' I'm going to assume you have no idea how to do any of this. Bypassing new-age anti-cheats is not a simple task of just renaming things and it works. There is a lot more involved that is going to require you actually learning things.
