Hey there, so I have a Cheat Table already made with some options for different types of stuff, like Inf. Subscribers etc.. I was wondering something.
There is a light bulb that represents the energy of how much let's say videos you can make and add certain filters.
My issue is that the address I found shows the value in the game of my light bulbs but is not changeable, I tried finding the pointer which I did but still when I change the value of my current light bulbs it will just get back to what it was before.

This occurs frequently when the game uses some value to determine game mechanics and another value to display the current state of the game mechanics.
You need to find what writes the display value and trace that instruction to the end (Break and trace until it returns "ret") follow the return (aka double click the instruction in the trace that comes after it), go one instruction up to find the call, and break and trace that call.
Assuming all went well you will find one of two things. The first being success where your call was meant for your dummy value and you can trace it to see where the value that determines game mechanics was accessed to set the dummy value and the second being you failed, the instruction is reused for other values and you are going to have to get much more skilled to figure it out.
I hope it is the first and you can find the instruction that identifies the real value so you can edit it from there.
Good luck!
