Is Delphi 6.4?

6.* is lazarus/fpc (6.4 uses fpc 27759 and lcl 44997)
5.* is delphi 7 enterprise
4.* is delphi 6 enterprise
3.* is delphi 5 enterprise

for one, that's 6.4 sourcecode. That driver version will not work with 5.*

but try the checked build environment for xp 32-bit
