Hello,

I recently started hacking Dirt3. Game bought on steam, has kind of anti-debugger (I can't check what access/writes to addy).

Also, I can't find right pointer by 'Pointer scanner'. Everytime I get 0 pointers on second scan..

I was searching even with 10 level pointers, I got about 700 millions of pointers at first scan(which takes around 2 hours and it's size is about 50gb lol) but on second scan I always get 0 pointers.

Any idea?

try a bigger structsize (e.g 4096 or even 6192)

also, before tying to find a pointer make sure that it has an effect in the game

you could try fiddling with the options lime vtable only, or limit the number of nodes.

next version lets you instantly verify the results with a snapshot of another instance of the game. it won't speed it up, but will save your disk
