i am new to this forum..
i am from india.
can you tell me how to use this software??
i downloaded it but dont know how to use this software.
is it necesorry that i must be a programmer or a computer science student for using this software??

Open cheat engine,press 'help' (on the top),then choose 'Cheat Engine Tutorial',do it step by step,it isn't hard.
It helps if you have some programming knowledge,but it isn't required for easy and simple things like value editing,speedhack and such.

You don't need to be a programmer or computer science student to use this software, do you need to be a programmer or CS student to use windows or any other softwares ? Nope.
Do what Redone said. Also look down below, notice the two links ? Click on the one that says CE Wiki, it has everything you need to know on how to use CE. Start with general gamehacking tutorials and Cheat engine tutorials first.
