so i found a value in in some game im playing with and it toggles from 0 to 1 and back lots of times. is there a way to make the mouse auto click and hold each time it is 1 and stop when it is 0

you can use cheat engine scripting to do it or use C\C++
in order to do good cheats you may use C\C++ (my opinion)

you can use autoit too, it is very easy to learn and much documentation about it

here is a pseudo algorithm how to do it:
- read the value inside the baseAddr of the value you check
and compare this value to 1 for stop/start clicks
