Excuse the crappy webcam. I started actually working my chest correctly and it's improved a fair bit. I've also started doing more squats and deadlifting to train for the next rowing season. I plan on being around 200lbs by the start of fall semester, August 16th.

I eat between 3 and 4k cals a day. 4 protein shakes, and about a 4th of a gallon of milk a day, preworkout before lifting, and I lift 6 days a week. No cardio, besides some erg(rowing machine) sprints here and there for funsies, as to not waste cals.
Glad it's noticeable though lol I was a bit worried I was gaining more fat than muscle but I seem to be around the same percentage as last year.

Work legs and abs
Don't say I'm bulking more first
Your legs are one of, if not the largest, muscle group in your body
And working them out releases more testosterone into your body
Helping you gain more muscle faster in the other parts
Plus it makes you look less like a chicken leg faggot
Also most the girls I talk to like abs more than any muscle
And I'm pretty sure that's why you're bulking

Yipes. That's not for me. When you're done with the treatment, stopping is a pain because you need to gradually stop using, to give your testicles some time to jump into action again. Your libido tends to be shit during this time. The ex of a friend of mine used to act like a complete woman when he was in the process of stopping. She used to tell us that "he promised that when he's done with the steroid treatment we can have sex again". Now I might be stepping out of line, considering I don't know your regular hormone levels (which can cause some people to rely on steroids because it's not high enough to build muscle), but I am currently doing this without roids and am content with the results I'm getting. It takes time of course.
Did you get your testosterone (and other) levels measured before doing this? Not sure how they do it in your country, but here you can go to your doctor and request a test. You can honestly tell him you want to know because you are going to start working out, and want to know if physically everything is in order. It's wise to do so, as you might have high enough stats to do this the natural way. I did this as well just to check if my body was producing enough of the stuff itself, so I wouldn't be wasting any time and money. Insurance covered the whole shebang.
Now that I've finished this rant, for which I apologize, I want to add that your arms are looking good. Kudos!

Edit: or rather, he just tacked that on. I don't do steroids guis srs

My abs are worked fine over the years, if I worked them on this kind of diet I'd end up looking like shit. They'll come in after I cut towards the end of this year. I've also said I've started doing more squats and deadlifts for rowing season. I'm bulking to put on muscle, not to see my abs, that's not how it works.
