Cheat Engine

Hey Guys, I dont know so much of CE yet but I want to make an infinite Ammo Trainer (Freezing Clipsize that u dont have to reload too). But if I scan, I can change the values but they doesnt work any more when the game gets restarted. (I have the buyversion from origin).
I already got everything I wanted to work. My Question is just: How do I get an adress which works AFTER restart, too? Cuz I dont want to do it always with Cheat Engine, it takes so much time...
