Get at least 3 engies to build a "wagon fort". So find a spot wide out in the open, but not too open so snipers can be seen and shot. Each engie builds dispensers and turrets alternating in a half circle. So then everyone's getting ammo, health, and protection. Someone can sit there with the no-reload shotgun and get fed by the dispensers, someone else can wrangle, a turret, and everyone else can repair and shoot. As long as a flock of demos don't dive bomb it should last.

Not true. If you hide it enough for long range to not be able to fuck you up, then they'll be able to get close enough to turn around a corner and rape you pretty fast.

youre assuming no one will be assisting an uber, i know when i see an uber go in, i try to help if i can.
you would also have to have very good coordination for defending, so sure when you say the ultimate defense it would work, but if you tried it and someone fucked up it all would be fucked up
